what kind of vitamins or diet will make my hair naturally straight & soft? NOT asking for shampoos, gels, etc.

I have shory hair and its really curly, frizzy and dry. I dream of waking up and not having to wash my hair evey morning just to moisturize it. I wish there was a natural protein or something that I can take that would make my hair soft and straight.
