What are some good diet pills for people with a small heart murmer?

I obviously can’t take Hydroxycut, but I want to know what diet pills you have used and saw success. I’ve tried those Hoodia pills, the green capsules that come in the gold box, but those were a joke. I used to use a kind from Twin Lab that gave me great energy and suppresed my appetite, but made my shaky. I wanted to try something new that has worked for other people. Any Diet Pill suggestions? (that arent’ too expensive)

Don’t do diet pills. They simply don’t work. Save your money;

Weight loss is all about food choices, portion control and getting enough exercise to burn off the calories you consume so they don’t get stored as fat. Make sure you eat breakfast – most important meal of the day and it jump starts your metabolism. Eat six small meals during the day like this: Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. Eat lean meats like chicken with skin removed, (white meat only), fish, lean beef, cottage cheese is a really great protein also (1%) Eat lots of vegetables and at least 3 fruits per day. Avoid potatoes, white bread and sugar. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Cut out processed foods.

* Watch the sugary beverages. Instead, drink water, non-fat milk and zero-calorie beverages.
* Slow down — when you eat too fast you will eat too much.
* Choose broth-based soups, such as chicken broth, with lots of vegetables over cream soups.
* When you go out to eat, take half of your meal home.
* Keep a bowl of fresh fruit on the kitchen counter instead of a jar of cookies.
* Don’t skip meals — you will just get too hungry and eat too much at the next meal.
* Add one cup of chopped vegetables to your favorite soup or pasta meal.
* Don’t keep high-calorie snacks in the house — buy fresh vegetables and fruits, low-fat yogurt, and enjoy air-popped or light popcorn.
* Keep track of calories – write down everything you eat
* Get moving – walk at a brisk pace for at least 30 minutes or run every day to burn calories.

Alex Arson and Si Pinkeye are a potent guitar team, keeping the songs running in fourth gear at all times, while drummer Chris Wrist and bassist Alarick “The Trick” lay down a tireless, upbeat rhythm and lead singer Phil Privilege can howl and hit the notes at the same time, no small gift. The songs are rough-and-ready little pop constructions that know not to wear out their welcome (none of the 19 songs is over three minutes long, and eight don’t even crack the two-minute mark), and they’re full of choruses that are suitable for bellowing along while you pogo. And on the few tunes where they ditch their natural sweetness, they can rock pretty hard. The Cyanide Pills don’t have an original bone in their collective body, but they’ve learned very well from their predecessors, and if you can’t find your copies of Singles Going Steady or Pure Mania, this album will do just fine in the meantime. ~ Mark Deming, Rovi
